Shorinji Kempo is a system of self defense that combines the study of martial arts techniques of healing the body and Eastern philosophy.

Training Shorinji Kempo is:

- Study of technology protection from shock and seizures;

- The study of striking techniques (using special equipment)

- The development of techniques with a partner (a series of attacks, throws, etc.)

- General physical preparation (running, jumping, push-UPS);

- Exercises that strengthen the muscles and tendons;

- Exercises designed to stretch ligaments and increase mobility

joints;

- Exercises and games to develop coordination;

- Exercises and games to develop speed of movements, agility and

attention;

- The development of meditative practices;

- Studying of theory and problems of philosophy.

Shorinji Kempo is a Japanese martial art, which from the first trainings are studied in pairs.

Set in the children's self-defense groups from 5 years to adult self-defense groups from the age of 13.
