Main duties:
- Processing of incoming calls
- Diagnosis of user equipment (IP equipment, client LAN, PC)
- Cooperation with other departments
- Setting up programs / IP-equipment for clients (Softphone, IP-phone, GSM Gateway, IP-Gateway)
Required skills:
- Fluency in written and oral Russian and Ukrainian languages
- Sociability, desire to work and study
